  Price: $12,000 USD

  Directly influence the science at the Annual Meeting by hosting an Industry-sponsored Symposium to promote science and innovations at your company.

  • List of speakers including their company/school affiliation and email address. Please note that all speakers must be registered for the meeting.
  • Description of program for review by the AADOCR Annual Session Committee
  • Individual presentation titles for each speaker

  • Anticipated attendance

• Proposal Deadline and Review

  The application submission deadline is November 18, 2022.

  The Annual Session Committee will review each proposal. Industry-sponsored symposium notifications/confirmation letters will be sent in January 2023. AADOCR will work with the organizer to select the date and time of the program as well as the room size based on its evaluation of the symposium content and potential level of interest.

• Scientific Networking Center - $30,000 - SOLD

  High visibility 1,600 square foot carpeted area on the exhibition floor that encourages attendee networking and provides a space for internet connectivity, two day coffee service and a prominent branding opportunity for your company. This space is shared with IADR membership and Journal tables. 

  In addition to support recognition, your company will receive:
  •    (3) Exhibitor only registration badges
  •    AADOCR set up/management of coffee service within the Networking Center for exhibit hall attendees.
       Coffee service will be twice a day for both exhibit days.
  •    Custom branded logo napkins at coffee stations.
  •    Choice of custom carpet color in your company’s color.
  •    Company logo on signs inside the scientific networking center acknowledging sponsorship –
        ‘Your Company Name’ Networking Center
  •    Opportunity to distribute company supplied materials or product on tables inside the Networking Center.
  •    Brand recognition and marketing in all meeting-related emails, meeting website, social media, etc.
  •    Complimentary conference bag insert.
  •    Option to add an exhibit booth at a 10% discount off the non-member corporate price in the location of your choice.

• Welcome Reception Sponsorship - $5,000 - $25,000 USD

  Reception for all registered attendees, presenters, and new members/first-timers.

  Be the exclusive sponsor for $25,000, or a shared sponsor for $5,000.

• Conference Bags - $25,000 USD

  Get your company name and logo in front of each meeting attendee by sponsoring the meeting conference bag.

  • Company logo featured on exterior of 3,000 conference tote bags, distributed to every attendee at registration.
  • Opportunity to distribute (1) promotional item in conference bags.

• Locker Charging Stations - $2,500 USD

  Stand alone stations featuring 8 charging lockers with a custom branded wrap and branded display screen.

  Deadline to purchase sponsorship is February 28, 2023.

• High-Top Charging Table - $2,250 USD

  Help attendees sit down, relax, and re-charge at these custom branded tables.

• Know Before You Go Email - $500 USD

  Company name and logo included in one email communication sent to all registered attendees prior to the meeting. 

2023 Student Research Fellowships

• Fellowship History

  These Fellowships were created to encourage dental students living in the United States to consider careers in oral health research. Proposals are sought in basic and clinical research related to oral health.

  AADOCR is offering an unlimited number of these sponsorships in order to award as many Fellowships as possible.

• Fellowship Details

  Each Fellowship consists of a stipend of $2,100 plus $600 travel costs for a total of $2,700. Upon completion of the research (must be completed within two years), acceptance of an abstract and presentation at the annual meeting, each recipient is awarded the travel funds ($600) for transportation and accommodation expenses. Recipients are required to present their research at the meeting, by submitting abstracts for poster or oral presentations.

• Sponsorship Rate

  The Funding Amount for each Fellowship is $3,250, which consists of $3,000 for Fellowships plus a $250 administrative fee.

  • $2,100 - Stipend funds the Fellowship recipient research materials.
  • $300 - Funds used to supplement remaining pool of Fellowship recipients.
  • $600 - Funds travel for recipient to submit findings of research at a subsequent AADOCR Annual Meeting within two years of receiving the Fellowship.
  • $250 - AADOCR Administrative fee.
