1. Standard 10’ x 10’ booth frame, with an 8-foot-high back drape and a 36-inch-high draped side divider.
2. Identification sign with company name and booth number.
3. A 6’ draped table, two chairs and a trash can (Institutional, Government & Nonprofit booths only).
4. Roving security services from Exhibition Hall move-in through move-out.
5. Complimentary exhibitor-only* registrations based on membership level and booth type.
6. Robust company profile in the virtual online program listing.
7. Access to an exhibitor-only lounge.
8. General cleaning of Exhibition Hall aisles.
9. Virtual Exhibition Hall hours to connect with online attendees.

Booth carpet or floor covering is mandatory but is not included in the booth package. Carpet and additional furniture may be ordered through the exhibitor service manual.

Corporate: $5,510 USD
Institutional, Government & Nonprofit:  $2,730 USD

Exhibitor-only badges allow access to the public meeting spaces and the Exhibition Hall only. Additional exhibitor-only badges may be purchased for $300 USD each.

Exhibitors wishing to have access to the scientific sessions must purchase a full meeting registration and will be charged the registration fee associated with their membership status. To register staff as a full meeting attendee, please visit the AADOCR registration site. If you need further assistance, please contact @email.
