Reason For Running

As an AADOCR Graduate Student Representative, I hope to help lead the board in recruiting more students and encouraging involvement in the organization. As a liaison between graduate student members and the Board of Directors, I will communicate and advocate for the interests of graduate students. I am passionate about recruiting more student membership in dental schools and encouraging their involvement in committees. I hope that regional representation of student leaders will help strengthen the AADOCR and build networks that will connect groups on a national level. As a graduate student representative, I hope to support the board of directors in educational activities of young researchers. Through the AADOCR, I will strive to help foster mentoring networks that will help shape the next generation of scientists.
